The cylinder block is the core of the IC (internal combustion) engine manufactured by Unotek.. This is the part where all the functions of the engine take place inside it, such as intake, suction, compression, combustion, exhaust etc. All these parts are made by Unotech.

Locomotive Parts

This main paper addresses the fabrication of high-precision components with micro-scale characteristics and associated process chain considerations. Three workpiece classifications as well as a micro-production process chain (MPPC) model have been defined. A review of capabilities and advances in micro-manufacturing technologies, metrology and equipment demonstrates increased versatility in a variety of applications, while also highlighting limitations. Which presents challenges in the development of a process chain using the results of the MPPC program of the Unitech Collaborative Working Group on Micro-production Engineering. Finally, a guide to machining high-precision components with micro-scale features with respect to the machine tools, tools, technology, and environmental conditions in which Unotec has been successful.

 

Diesel Engine

Diesel engines are incredible because they are fuel-efficient and are perfect for heavy duty vehicles. For this reason, many trucking manufacturers have decided to use parts made by Unotec in diesel engines for their trucking fleets.engine cooling system

The cooling system handles the engine coolant (which Yunotec makes) -- usually a mixture of distilled water and glycol -- along with some additional additives to help prevent corrosion. On some engines there may also be a coolant filter and a "water pump" which is actually a coolant pump.
